Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, to any country. Every order in all countries will be provided with a tracking code for you to track your package shipping and delivery in real-time.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track the parcel via the email we sent you. You will also receive automatic delivery notifications whenever your order reaches a checkpoint, so that you will not need to manually look up your order. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order will take between 10 to 21 days to arrive at your doorstep (with 2-3 day order processing to ensure that the customs paperwork is all handled for you). On rare cases such as custom restrictions, delivery may take slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. For orders to The Middle East and Mexico, please allow up to 45 days for delivery, as customs in these countries tend to make much longer to screen packages.

What are my payment options?

We only accept payments through Stripe (credit card processor), and Paypal. 

What are my delivery options?

We currently offer two shipping options, which are: Standard Shipping, and Priority Shipping & Handling.

What is the difference between Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping & Handling?

Standard Shipping uses the same network of global couriers as our Priority Shipping & Handling option. However, selecting the Priority Shipping & Handling Option bumps your order to the top of the top of the order processing chain for all other orders placed on that day. This will ensure that your order is packed and shipped out before the majority of customers who purchased on the same day as you. 

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Unfortunately, we don't anymore (as of June 2018). We used to offer this option, but we had two instances where customers who placed their orders with the Express Shipping method ended up receiving their drinkware cracked. From this experience, we have learned that express shipping is simply not a good fit for our industry, due to the fragile nature of our products. 

Our priority is to keep our customers worldwide happy, and to deliver the goods to them in the perfect condition. Since we have made the decision to omit Express Shipping from our shipping options, we have not had a single damaged order to date. 

By placing ourselves in the shoes of our customers, we were certain that customers would rather receive the item as described (with regular shipping times), than a damaged product (which was delivered quickly).

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

Nope, there will be no custom fees as we ensure that the paperwork is prepared beforehand- hence the 2-3 day order processing time before your order is shipped out.

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the Contact Us page on our website.
